Your Health Information and AI
Health information you share in the member portal, including your intake answers and any documents you upload, is read by Brandon Day. The coaches, who are artificial intelligence (AI) assistants, are given your intake answers about your health, but never the documents you upload or their names: only the date your labs were drawn. Jett, also an AI assistant, reads what you write to it. To run Jett and the coaches, we send what they are given to the AI provider that runs them.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If your account is deleted, some records are kept, including your signed History & Consent, which is kept as the record of what you consented to.
